The Aligned Wellness Collective is a comprehensive online platform for movement and nervous system support to help your body and mind thrive. Each month we have a movement or strength focus. You can do this on your own time, or check out the pre-recorded classes to stay on pace. If you're working toward your own goals and need some online motivation, you can select from a variety of content ranging from strength training, mobility, through to yoga practices to ground your nervous system. Included in your membership is access to up to 3 weekly live classes (excluding July and August) as well as monthly webinars to take a deep dive into various health topics and monthly guest speakers to share other hot topics in wellness.
