This monthly membership is your go-to space for functional strength training, mobility, and yoga — all thoughtfully designed for women navigating midlife and beyond. Whether you're feeling like your body isn’t responding to movement the way it used to, you're craving a rhythm that aligns more naturally with your energy and hormonal shifts, or you're just plain over the “go hard or go home” mentality — you’re in the right place.

As a manual osteopath, functional nutritionist, anatomy enthusiast, and lifelong mover, I created this platform to bring a more sustainable, supportive, and real approach to movement. Here, we focus on how you move, not just how much. You’ll learn to tune into your body’s cues, honour your capacity, and build true strength — from the inside out.

Here’s what’s included in your monthly membership:

  • 8–10 Week Programming Cycles
    Stay inspired with clear, simple training plans and a sample calendar to keep you consistent without the burnout.

  • Progressive Overload Strength Training
    Thoughtfully designed workouts to help you build and maintain muscle as you age — using accessible tools like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a stability ball. Train from home or bring it to your gym.

  • Yoga + Mobility Sessions
    Restore, realign, and reconnect with practices that support your nervous system, fascia, and functional movement patterns.

  • Macronutrient Coaching for Active Women
    Learn the foundational role of protein, fats, and carbs as you age — especially in relation to hormone health and muscle maintenance. You'll also have the option to have coaching and calculations for your unique macro targets to support your goals, whether it's building strength, maintaining energy, or improving body composition.

  • Live Weekly Accountability Sessions (2-3 per week)
    Stay connected and supported with a real community of women walking the same path. (Note: No scheduled live accountability sessions in July & August, but full programming still rolls on.)

  • Monthly Wellness Webinars
    Dive deeper into topics like hormone health, lymphatic flow, nervous system support, and seasonal wellness.

  • Private Community Access
    Ask questions, share your wins, troubleshoot struggles, and join in on group challenges to stay in momentum — without doing it alone.
