Welcome to the Aligned Wellness Collective! This monthly membership is your one-stop shop for yoga, mobility, and strength training. The membership is geared toward women 35+ who want to continue to move and thrive as they age. Perhaps you have noticed your body just isn't responding to exercise the way it used to; perhaps you are looking to move in a way that feels more aligned with your rhythms and cycles; maybe you are tired of the same routine of all HIIT all the time and the "harder, better, faster, stronger" mentality. Here at the Aligned Wellness Collective, I share tools for how you can learn to listen to your body cues and understand that more is not always better. We move in a way that promotes whole body health for longevity and optimal wellness.
What's included in your monthly membership?
- 8-10 week programming cycles to keep you motivated with sample calendar for your planning
- Progressive overload strength training to help you maintain and build muscle as you age. These programs are designed to be done from a home gym (weights, bands, exercise ball will be needed), or take to the gym.
- Yoga and mobility session to nurture your body and mind
- 2-3 weekly live accountability sessions to feel part of a community (*note there are no scheduled live sessions July & August, but programming continues)
- Monthly live or pre-recorded webinars to take a deep dive into topics that matter to you (hormone health, lymphatics, nervous system, etc)
- Access to Aligned Wellness Collective Community to ask questions, share your wins, get support with some struggles and participate in challenges to help keep the momentum. This community is meant to serve as your personal accountability platform and even trainer if you choose to upload videos or ask questions. It's truly one of the high value aspects of the Collective should you choose to engage here!
