Lindsey is an entrepreneur, osteopathic manual practitioner, and passionate wellness educator with a deep reverence for human potential. She’s on a mission to help individuals live vibrant, healthy lives—without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Her work is grounded in functional anatomy and inspired by holistic systems like yoga, qigong, and strength training. With a background in kinesiology and a Master’s in Leadership, Lindsey blends movement science, hands-on therapy, and whole-person wellness to meet the evolving needs of her clients.
Lindsey’s offerings reflect her belief in sustainable, aligned health practices that evolve with the seasons of life. She works with women—especially those navigating midlife—to build strength, balance hormones, and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way.
Her current offerings include:
-
Manual osteopathy sessions in Canmore for hands-on care, alignment, and pain relief
-
The Aligned Wellness Collective, a monthly membership for women looking to move smarter, feel stronger, and thrive as they age
-
Aligned Health Academy, an online course empowering women through education in movement, nutrition, and hormonal health
-
The Functional Nature Academy, offering continuing education and in-depth courses in anatomy, movement, and integrative health practices for professionals
Lindsey’s approach is client-centered, real, and rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from learning to listen to the body and move in ways that support long-term vitality.
