About Functional Nature

Building Strong Bodies, Empowering Strong Souls:

Meet Lindsey Williams

Lindsey Williams is a registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a background in kinesiology, functional movement, breathwork, hormone health, and nutrition. With over two decades of experience in the wellness space, she integrates a deep understanding of anatomy with a practical, whole-body approach to care.

Her journey began as a competitive swimmer, where disciplined training sparked a lasting appreciation for movement. After years coaching strength training and working in the wellness industry, a neck injury became the catalyst for deeper exploration into healing and rehabilitation. This led her to osteopathy, where she found a method that brought together structure, flow, and the body’s innate ability to heal.

Lindsey’s approach is hands-on, rooted in anatomy, and designed to support sustainable strength and long-term wellness. She empowers women to reconnect with their bodies, move with intention, and thrive through all phases of life.

Lindsey’s approach is grounded in meeting each client exactly where they are — with authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom. She specializes in working with women as they age, supporting them through hormonal shifts, strength changes, and evolving wellness needs. Whether guiding a seasoned athlete or someone just beginning their movement journey, Lindsey encourages sustainable practices that foster hormone balance, resilience, and a healthy body image.

She continues to make a positive impact through hands-on treatment at Canmore Osteopathy and through her online membership community, the Aligned Wellness Collective.

Work with Lindsey and reconnect with your body in a way that feels aligned, empowered, and built for longevity.

"I have been working with Lindsey for a few years now. She is very mindful and intuitive and sets up a program that works with life and my capacity.  She gently pushes me to be better and keep moving forward.

Her classes encompass the whole body whether it's a strength workout with body weight, a HIIT program, a functional workout or a yoga flow.  At 44, I have never felt so strong in my daily movement capacities."
